You are a plethora of good knowledge my friend. I know this is a long, drawn out, and more often than not frustrating situation for people to be going through. I personally know people that have been strung along for well over a year until they finally just walked away and quit. It seems this is one of the strategies of the banks and companies offering to help with the loan mods.

I also know people that have had these things actually work! So, any and all information that gets out there in the blogosphere is helpful. Thank you Jose. I’ll be reading for more.
