Thanks for shedding some light on this very delicate subject. Sso many people are affected by this right now and there are so many others professing to help. It can be a very daunting and challenging process for those that are going through this process.

I love your comment on not providing THEM with information to establish that you are actually dealing with the bank. Too many people give out information over the phone and realize WAY TOO LATE that they gave vital information to an identity thief or scammer! This is something that can't be stressed highly enough!
