I have been teaching about nutrition, supplementation, a healthy lifestyle, and being non toxic in you home and office since 1970. My blog is aimed at gen Xer and Boomer Women, but what I teach is applicable to everyone.
I am available for private nutritional consultations, or to provide nutritional self tests.
I can help you to determine how healthy and how well balanced any nutritional drink or supplement actually is. Does it have all the nutrients, are they in balance, are there any harmful ingredients etc.
