I have been teaching about nutrition, supplementation, a healthy lifestyle, and being non toxic in you home and office since 1970. My blog is aimed at gen Xer and Boomer Women, but what I teach is applicable to everyone.
I am available for private nutritional consultations, or to provide nutritional self tests.
I can help you to determine how healthy and how well balanced any nutritional drink or supplement actually is. Does it have all the nutrients, are they in balance, are there any harmful ingredients etc.
There is no charge for this service. My purpose is to help everyone who wants my help to be healthy and as long as I give freely, I have no concern about my good returning to me. That’s the law.

Thank you for your generosity to the Tribe and allowing us to share what we do with your readers. I see names of people here who are amazing go-givers, people who truly understand the power of giving before taking, and that includes you!
My specialty and passion is teaching people how to prosper in the New Economy. So many people these days are confused about their options — my passion is to show people how to harness the power of the New Economy (as opposed to being held hostage by it) and take back control of their lives once and for all through personal franchising and optimal health.
